Judy,.TN (1:55:05 PM) :

Mexican Meatballs

1 lb Pork Sausage
1 lb. Hamburger
1-1/2 c. white corn meal
2 t. cayenne pepper
2 t. chili powder
2 t. cumin
1 can V8 juice
2 t. flour
salt & pepper to taste

Mix meat, add meal and mix well. Add seasonings to 3/4 c. V8 and mix well. Mix with meat mixture. Roll into balls. Pour remaining V8 into crockpot. Cook on high
for 1-1/2 hours. If you want them really spicy, add 1 can Snappy Tom.

I usedd less cornmeal as I found it a little to "corny." I substituted bread crumbs for some of the corn.
