DOGGIE DESSERT (LIVER TREATS)
1 package beef liver (about a pound or so), thawed
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1 egg (optional)
Sprinkle of Garlic Powder
Grind up liver in food processor. Add other ingredients and blend well.
Spread out in a 9X12 pan or a cookie sheet with sides and bake in a 350 oven for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool and cut into small pieces.
These can be frozen in little snack size baggies for later use.
