Recipe: No Yeast Mini Doughnuts

Breakfast and Brunch
No Yeast Mini Doughnuts

1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
2 tblsp cream cheese
2 tblsp yoghurt or eshel
1 pkt (10 g) vanilla sugar
grated lemon rind

Mix egg and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Drop spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry quickly, drain and roll in icing sugar.
