Recipe: Pineapple Fritters

Pineapple Fritters

1 cup sifted flour
2/3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk or pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. oil
pineapple slices

Pour milk into dry ingredients and blend. Drain pineapple well and dip into batter. Brown fritters and serve with powered sugar sprinkled on top.
