Recipe: Potato Casserole (easy)

Potato Casserole (Easy)
serves 6

1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 t. salt
1 bag frozen hash browns, defrosted
2 scallions, chopped
1/4 t. black pepper
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese for topping

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except the 1/2 cup grated cheddar. Spoon into a 9x13 buttered baking pan. Top with the grated cheese and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
