Recipe: Raisins and Rice Salad (Easy)

Raisin & Rice Salad (Easy)
Servings: 5 cups

3/4 cup sliced almonds
3/4 cup diced celery
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tb chopped capers
4 cups still hot long grain rice
1/2 cup Bottled Italian Dressing

Combine almonds, celery, olives, raisins & capers in a 2qt. mixing bowl. Stir in the still hot rice. Pour Dressing over the mixture and stir well. Chill for two hours. Serve from bowl or unmold on a tray. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantrillo.
