Recipe: Salad Robert

Servings: 8
This salad can also be enjoyed as main dish adding chunks of chicken, shrimps or chopped ham.

Toasted store bought Croutons
2 heads Romaine Lettuce
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tb White wine vinegar
1 tb Dijon Mustard
1 tb anchovy paste
pinch of ground pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Tear Romaine in salad bowl. In blender or processor blend the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, anchovy paste, pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, egg & garlic until smooth & creamy. Pour the dressing over romaine & add the freshly grated Parmesan & the Croutons. Toss everything to coat well.
