Recipe: Red Bean and Avocado Spread

Red Bean and California Avocado Spread
Serves: 4

1 Cup cooked red beans
1 diced California avocado
Cup cilantro
1 Tbsp minced red onion
Cup diced, red Roma tomatoes
tsp minced jalapeno
2 drops tabasco sauce
pinch each salt and pepper
1 tsp lime juice

Gently mix together all ingredients.

Spread on your favorite fish, chicken breast, crackers or bread.
