Tracey... re: salt

Fine Cooking Magazine has an excellent article "The Power of Salt" in the February/March issue. Excellent source of information and explains how table salt measures differently from kosher salt and how they even differ in texture and measurement. Now I know why recipes usually say salt to taste! I agree that kosher salt has a cleaner and to me much better taste. Is this the article you were trying to recall?
