Misc. I FIND THAT IF YOU BROWN THE CHOPS WELL, THEN TURN DOWN THE HEAT TO MEDIUM LOW, ADD ABOUT 1-2 TBLS OF WATER AND COVER AND SLOW COOK. ITS NOT PERFECT-I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT THE PORK WE USED TO GET, BUT IT REALLY DOES KEEP THEM MOIST.
