i am always fascinate to see how things are done differently in different countries - as i said before, your corned beef sounds MUCH nicer,and thanks for including the recipe; i can already think of several grateful recipients! Good news is i'm finally having a little joy with the work situation which is just as well since i am now completely broke! Contacted an agency today and they have assured me they can find me work asap (thank god!) so, i can temp whilst looking for a perm position. I nature is not the only thing to blossom in spring! Wish me luck!
