Recipe(tried): Steak 'N Shake Chili - Wow- just what I was looking for!!!

Wow!!! I made the Steak-n-Shake Chili recipe and made Chili Mac Supreme (Chili 5 way- whatever you want to call it!) I increased the chili powder to 2 1/2-3 tablespoons, and decreased the cocoa powder to 1/2 teaspoon, and completely left out the tomatoe paste. I also put the browned ground into the blender and pulsed it 3-4 times to get a finer consistancy like SNS. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first. But I topped spaghetti noodles with the chili, added diced onions, topped with shredded cheddar jack cheese, and a little bit of "special sauce" (I mixed 1 cup ketchup with 3 tablespoons worchestershire sauce-you can use more or less to taste, the recipe called for 4 tbsp). This tasted exactlly like the real deal! My husband words were, "This is killer!" He had two huge helpings. I couldn't help going back for more either. My 3 year old daughter wouldn't eat, but she won't eat anything! My 7 year old son loved it. I have been looking for a Chili Mac recipe for quite some time- and this is as authentic as it gets! I have been eating Chili Mac since I was a little girl- I would order it every time, so I think I know how it should taste!
