Recipe: Peaches and Cream Smoothie (blender)

Beverages
PEACHES AND CREAM SMOOTHIE

8 oz fat free milk
1 packet instant oatmeal
1 peach, canned in natural juice or fresh peach pitted
1 scoop vanilla low fat yogurt
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp grated orange zest or 1 tsp. orange marmalade
4 or 5 ice cubes

Combine in blender and process until smooth.
