Recipe(tried): Mama's Holiday Cole Slaw

Salads - Assorted
MAMA'S HOLIDAY COLE SLAW
Servings: 8-10

2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) finely shredded cabbage
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Combine cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.

Whisk together the remaining ingredients til nicely blended. Toss with the cabbage and carrot. Cover and chill 2 hours.
