Recipe(tried): Commuter Breakfast (smoothie with bran flakes)

COMMUTER BREAKFAST
(Diabetic Friendly)

1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 cup light vanilla yogurt, sweetened with artificial sweetener
1 small banana
3 or 4 ice cubes
1/2 cup bran flakes

Blend all ingredients except cereal in a blender.

Pour in a mug and then top with the bran flakes. (I personally like to mix my cereal into the liquid after I pour it into a glass.)
