Corn Fritters
From: Bisquick cookbook, 1957
Makes about 2 dozen
2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
2 cups corn kernels
Mix Bisquick, milk, egg until well blended (batter will be lumpy). Stir in corn. Drop by small teaspoonfuls into deep hot fat (360 to 375 degrees). Turn and fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
