Crabmeat Toast Rounds
Makes approximately 5 dozen

1 pound crabmeat
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons Hellmann’s mayonnaise
salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 loves bread, cut into 1 1/2 in. rounds

Combine crabmeat, onions, cheese and mayonnaise, and mix well.
Place 1 tablespoon on each bread round.
Bake in 450 degree oven for 8 minutes.
Enjoy!
