Ice Cream Grasshoppers

8 oreos
1 pint vanilla ice cream softened
1 T. green creme de menthe

Crumb cookies in blender. Blend softened ice cream with creme de menthe. Layer ice cream and chocolate crumbs in four freezer-safe parfait glasses. Freeze. Very pretty, very tasty. Take out 10 minutes or so before serving.
