GARDEN PEA SOUP
This is a nice restaurant from the restaurant, makes a big pot of soup!!

1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup onions, cut small
1/4 cup celery, cut small
1/4 cup carrots, cut small
2 cups of frozen peas
1/3 cup flour
4 cups chicken stock
1/4 lb. of cooked ham, diced
2 cup light cream

In pot heat butter. Saute onion, celery, carrot until tender.
Add flour, stock, and peas. Lastly add ham.
Cook 2 minutes.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add cream, simmer on low.
