Chicken Aspargus Cassreole
Serves 6
3 cups diced chicken
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pkg or can aspargus tips
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs separated
Lightly saute chicken in butter. Place in a greased casserole dish. Cover chicken with asparagus. Season to taste. Combine sour cream and egg yolks. Fold into stiffly beaten whites. Spread egg mixture over asparagus. Bake 350 degrees for 20 min.
