Delicious Vidalia Dressing

Servings: 24
1 1/2 cups canola oil
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 large sweet onion, peeled and quartered
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 tablespoon salt
Place the oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, sugar, mustard and salt into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
