rec.food.cooking/Madelin Holtkamp/1995
In a saucepan combine:
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
Bring to boiling. Add:
1/4 cup sugar, or to taste
When the sugar is dissolved, allow to steep at least 5 minutes before using.
This keeps indefinitely in the refrigerator and is good on lamb and honeydew or other melons.
