Recipe(tried): Salami, Smoked Gouda Sandwich

Sandwiches
I like to use a ciabatta roll for this sandwich but use whatever you like.

Salami
Smoked Gouda
Pesto (Homademade or store bought)
Lettuce
Sliced Tomato

Spread pesto lightly on bottom half of roll. Top with salami, smoked mozzarella, lettuce and sliced tomato. No rocket science involved here. Just good eats:-)!!
