recipes I had saved and used for many years. For example, Poncho's Salad Was invented in a visit my friends Poncho and Carmen did to my home, before they bought a townhouse where I live. There is another salad which I copied from Soar and comes from Bon Appetit and is a Pasta Salad with currants, pine nuts and other yummie things. If I have all the ingredients I follow the recipe, but if something is missing I modify and then I copy by hand the modifications in the recipe for further use.

The Spanish or latin recipes are so ingrained in me that I can do them with my eyes closed.
