STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE
1 (10 ounces) package Strawberries Halved in syrup, thawed
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
1 prepared chocolate flavor crumb crust (or graham cracker crumb crust) (6 ounces)
Fresh strawberry halves (for garnish)
Kiwi slices (for garnish)
Drain strawberries; reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Beat cream cheese, reserved liquid, thawed strawberries, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate overnight for best results.
Garnish with strawberry halves and kiwi slices.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
