Thanks so much for your post. I may just try to make this. I appreciate the hint on the sugar to flour ratio! Sounds like a lot of experimenting but they are delicious enough to be worth it. Could you even venture a temp and time if I can say that the texture is more like a muffin than a cookie or candy.
