ISO: Tennessee-T Cake

Misc.
Sheri, Nashville,
I just watched the TV Show Road Tasted and seen the Tennessee T-Cakes for the first time. I know that all she said was in them was butter first, then sugar and then brown sugar. She mixed these and then incorporated this mixture in with beaten eggs. Once that was nearly mixed she then added flour and vanilla at the end. Mix until a carmel color, but did not over mix. She then filled bite sized muffin tins and cooked them on 350% for 15 min. They then were cooled and she piped in fudge filling and sprinkled with confectioners sugar. I bet y ou already knew this., but I figured I would send it to you just in case. I do not know how much of each ingredients that you use though. Good Luck. I will be trying this recipe. She also said that people think that there are more ingredients to this but there isn't.
