Good morning. Thank-you for your quick reply. Most muffins bake for about 25 minutes, at 350 degrees. Should you opt to insert honey in this recipe reduce temp. by 15/20 degrees. Also should you use a dark non-stick baking pan your product will bake sooner than if you used a aluminum pan. What I do is I use 2 pans place one underneath
this way the bottoms do not over-bake.
Leslie, in re-reading my original post to you I made a typing omission. It isn't 1 teas of each baking powder & baking soda. It is 1 tesp. of either or a combo therof. in 1 cup of flour. If you need more info. post back from time to time. Good luck young lady.
