ISO: freezing cookies

Misc.

Hi everyone,
You have helped me before with the recipe for the raw apple cake. I hope you can help me again.. I want to bake cookies for my family for Christmas, and I have a huge family. I also just bought a deep freezer. What can I use to freeze the cookies in ahead of time. I only have a few tupperware containers. Are they all freezer friendly? Also, I do have several empty coffee cans. Are they freezer friendly? I've never done this before, and would love a guiding hand on this.
Also, Thank you all for the info on freezing apples whole. My family will have raw apple cake all winter. I love this web site. You have all the answers. And I seem to have all the questions.
Thanking you,

Alyce
