ISO: Barbecue Shredded Pork Shoulder
Misc.SHREDDED BARBECUE PORK SHOULDER - I'm from Western Kentucky and can only get the regional dish when I make a trip back home (I live in Calif. now). This dish is usually hickory smoked and served with a THIN liquid sauce (I need a receipe for that too). I don't have a smoker although I would take smoker receipes. I hoping for something close in flavor that I can do in the oven, crock pot or stove top. Thank for any tips. Debi
