Recipe(tried): Mom's Broccoli Casserole

Side Dishes - Vegetables

A perfect winter dinner! I remember my mother making this all the time. It's great over bread or alone.


20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 stick margarine
1 8oz. jar Cheeze Whiz
3 c. Minute Rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Cook and drain broccoli. Mix all the ingredients in a large casserole dish and cook about 1 hour at 325*
