Misc.Hello Karen,
Masa Harina is like cornmeal but it's the consistency of flour. Your larger groceries or specialty shops may carry it in the Mexican foods section. I've read that you can make a substitue by processing cornmeal in your blender until it's the consistency of flour - I'm not sure if the results will be the same as using packaged Masa Harina. Maybe someone that has tried it will let us know.
