ISO: Scones? need a receipe Gresham , Oregon

My husband and I visited Gresham, Oregon last month and we purchased some scones ( I beleive that is correct ) they were made a little like
Bisquick with fruit in it, so good!!!! I just purchased 2 thinking they would be dry but I never having them before, was i wrong,. The Seller said that her and her husband had owned a resturant there but they finally perfected this receipe for scones, sold the resturant and sell there scones at the local farmers market, If any of you have tried these I would love to have the receipe or something like it.
