Recipe: Potatoes Au Gratin

Potatoes Au Gratin

6 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 (4 oz) pack shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 425. In greased 13x9-inch baking pan, toss potatoes & salt and arrange in even layer. Drizzle melted butter over potatoes, sprinkle with cheese & bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes or until tender. Serves 8
