Recipe: Easy Chicken in Beer

Easy Chicken in Beer
From Recipeland

3 chicken breasts, cut in half
1/2 package dry onion soup
2 cups regular beer
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 red pimento chopped
2 garlic cloves chopped

Put chicken in pan. Stir in all the other ingredients and pour over chicken. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. If it starts drying out just add a little chicken broth or water. Serve with plain rice.
