Recipe: Hot Buttered Rum

Hot Buttered Rum
From: "Gooseberry Patch: Old Fashioned Country Christmas"

1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 lb brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 lb powdered sugar
1 lb butter -- softened
2 tsp nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and store in freezer. To serve, combine 1 shot rum, with 2/3 cup boiling water, and 1/4 cup butter; stirring well.
