SEAFOOD CASSEROLE
1 lb crab meat
1 lb shrimp, cooked and peeled
1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups crushed potato chips (for topping)
Paprika
Combine all ingredients, except potato chips and paprika. Place in greased, round 2-quart casserole. Spread crushed potato chips over top, sprinkle with paprika.
Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees F until top is nicely browned.
Makes 6 servings
