Recipe(tried): Soy, Ginger, and Orange Marinated Grilled Lamb Steaks

3 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS vegetable oil
2 tsp grated ginger root
1 tsp grated orange zest
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
4 sirloin lamb steaks, each about 3/4 inch thick
Combine soy sauce, oil, ginger, orange zest, garlic and pepper flakes on large plate. Stir to blend. Add lamb and turn to coat. Cover and let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes or refrigerate up to 1 hour or more.
To grill, place lamb on center of preheated grill and grill 8 minutes, turning once for medium. Makes 4 servings.
Per serving: 329 calories, 64 percent calories from fat, 27 grams protein, .42 gram carbohydrates, .09 gram total fiber, 24 grams total fat, 102 milligrams cholesterol, 417 milligrams sodium
