STRAWBERRY CONGEALED SALAD

1 box (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup coconut

Mix Jello in 1 1/2 cup hot water. Refrigerate until it starts to set. Whip cream and fold into Jello, add rest of ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate in 8"
square dish. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves. Keeps in refrigerator overnight. Serves 8-10.
