DILLY LIME SALAD
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 large pkg. lime Jello
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 cup cottage cheese
Drain pineapple well, reserving all of the syrup. Add syrup to Jello in a 2 quart saucepan. Stir in water, seasoned salt, and dill weed. Heat mixture to boiling, stirring constantly to dissolve Jello. Remove from heat. Chill until mixture thickens to consistency of unbeaten egg white. Blend in cottage cheese. Fold in pineapple. Pour into 1 1/2 quart ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto crisp salad greens to serve. Serves 6-8 people.
