Recipe(tried): World's Greatest Burritos (and easiest, too!)

Board: recipelink.com It's My Party!

Equal measurements of canned refried beans (I like refried black beans, personally!), salsa, cooked rice & grated cheddar cheese.

Heat this mixture till very warm in a microwave -- the idea is to melt the cheddar cheese. Spread it on a several large flour tortillas (about 1/3 - 1/2 cup per tortilla.

You can spread additional cheddar cheese on top (or instead of melting it with the bean mixture, keep it separate and add it at this time). You can then spread sour cream & guacamole on top of the bean mixture.

These can be made in a very few minutes and are absolutely addicting!
