Sausage Ring
2 pounds Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
2 tablespoons grated onion
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 eggs
Lightly spray bundt pan. Beat eggs and add other ingredients. Mix well with fingers and put in pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Pour off fat. Remove from pan onto plate. Serve with mustard and crackers.
