Cabbage Casserole
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup raw rice
10 ounce can tomato soup
16 ounce can whole tomatoes
Brown ground beef and drain fat. In a dish layer cabbage, meat, onion, rice and tomato soup. Chop whole tomatoes and pour over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
