Sausage Casserole
1 lb. Sausage
2 Cans Cream Corn
2 Cups Stuffing Mix
1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
2 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1/8 Tsp. Pepper
Brown Sausage. Drain. Reserve one cup for topping. Add to remainder corn, 1 cup stuffing mix, parsley, nutmeg and pepper. Top with reserved sausage mixed with 1 cup stuffing mix. Bake in 375 over for 35 minutes.
Serves 6
