Recipe: Ramen Noodle Salad

Ramen Noodle Salad

dressing:
1 c sugar
1 c oil
3 tsp soy sauce
1/2 c wine vinegar

salad:
romaine lettuce
scallions
broccoli

crunchies:
1 c chopped pecans or blanched slivered almonds
1 pkg dry Ramen noodles {broken up}
4 T butter

melt butter and brown nuts and noodles.
mix all ingredients to make salad.
