Recipe: Flank Steak Marinade

Flank Steak Marinade

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp rosemary
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 onion, chopped
1 T wine vinegar
2 T salad oil

Marinade steak 2 hours, grill 5 minutes and turn and brush again.
