Homemade Manicotti Shells

1 egg
1/4 c flour
1/4 c water
beat all ingredients.

makes 6 shells. use a small fry pan and cook as you would crepes. Make filling of ricotta cheese, parsley, egg and Parmesan cheese. fill and roll each shell.
