Pasties from the UP of Michigan

I also took a trip through the beautiful UP this summer, Soo Locks, Mackinac Island, St. Ignace, Escanaba. There is a place in Escanaba called Dobber's Pasties, supposed to be the best in the UP, they have a website and you can order frozen pasties. I can tell you they are very good! They are made with chicken, beef or just vegetables. Other brands of pasties are sold in the stores in Northern Wisconsin, but they aren't as good frozen as they are fresh from a shop in the UP.
