Recipe: Beefy Chili Noodles (skillet meal using Ramen noodles)

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
BEEFY CHILI NOODLES

1 pound ground beef
2 packages beef Ramen noodles and 1 seasoning packet
2 cans (4 ounces each) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup water

In a frying pan, brown beef; drain.

Add remaining ingredients to beef in pan, using one seasoning packet. Simmer 10 minutes over medium heat or until noodles are done.

Makes 4 servings
