Recipe: BBQ Beef (using barbecue sauce and cola) (crock pot)

BBQ Beef (crock pot)

One of my favorite crock pot recipes. Makes the best BBQ sandwiches.

Cheap cut of beef, cubed
1 jar BBQ sauce
lots of sliced onion
1 can Coke or Pepsi
spices to taste

Place all in crock pot.
Cook on low as long as possible, or until meat is falling apart.
When done, sometimes I put it in the refrigerator to bring fat to the top and then scrape it off.
